Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy

At Min’s Very Special Pepper, we want you to love our product. Below is our policy regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

Order Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.

To cancel your order, please contact us at info@minsvsp.co.uk with your order number. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already been dispatched, you may still cancel, but you will need to return the item (see Returns below).

Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food products that have been opened or tampered with, unless they are faulty or damaged.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@minsvsp.co.uk with:

• Your order number
• Reason for the return
• A photo (if applicable, e.g. damaged item)

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

You may be refunded in the following cases:

• You cancelled your order within 14 days and returned the product unopened
• Your item arrived damaged or defective
• The wrong product was sent
• Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Send a photo and a description to info@minsvsp.co.uk, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
